Meet Lou
Lou is a qualified Polestar and Stott Pilates instructor and has been teaching Pilates for 5 years.
Lou first discovered Pilates during her mum’s chemotherapy and quickly felt the incredible mental and physical benefits it had to offer.
“I first knew I wanted to be a Pilates Instructor after seeing how incredible it was for my mum who did it post chemotherapy and reconstruction surgery. It absolutely changed her life and her instructor blew my mind with her knowledge and personality – I wanted to be her. That’s when I decided to train, enabling me to help as many people as possible.”
Lou’s signature teaching style conditions the body with small movements that build strength whilst always keeping alignment at the forefront of each lesson. Her technical expertise and her ability to give really clear explanations make it feel like she’s in the room with you.
Meet Megan
Megan is a qualified Pilates and Barre Instructor, and has been teaching for over four years. As a professional dancer, Megan first discovered Pilates as a way of conditioning and strengthening the body alongside her dance career. She has also completed further study in Nutrition and is certified in pre and post-natal.
“I found my passion for Pilates from an early age, and knew it was my mission to help others fall in love with movement and ENJOY the way it makes them feel. We are extremely fortunate for everything our bodies can do for us, and I believe that should be celebrated! Pilates has so many holistic benefits that have completely transformed my relationship with exercise”.
Megan’s teaching style is dynamic and energetic, yet incorporates all the traditional pilates principles and alignment.
Meet Clare
Clare Roberts discovered Pilates in 2006 after injuring her back and after working with a wonderful Pilates instructor who helped her return to good health she was inspired to train with Polestar Pilates.
“My mission is to empower people of all ages and abilities to move with joy and without pain, whether recovering from injury, for general fitness or to ease the stresses and strains of everyday life. I support my clients to overcome any barriers to exercise and strive for each to achieve positive and joyful movement every day.”
Certified with the Menopause Movement and a professional affiliate of the Menopause Society, Clare has a special interest in spine care and menopause transition. Clare has also studied with the Franklin Institute as a Pelvic Floor Fascia Trainer, is a professional member of BackCare, the charity for supporting spine health and is registered with The Guild of Pregnancy and Postnatal Exercise as a pre and postnatal exercise and nutrition instructor.
Meet Catherine
With more than 25 years in the fitness industry, Catherine is a highly qualified, experienced, and much sought-after, multi-disciplinary trainer who now specialises in Pilates. Catherine is passionate about the power of Pilates — and is a testament to its strengths. After breaking her neck in a cycling accident, Catherine recovered full movement and lives pain free thanks to an Pilates-based rehabilitation program.
Catherine is certified to an advanced level in all the Pilates apparatus and has completed further study in injury rehabilitation, menopause and pre/post-natal. Catherine was awarded one of London’s Top Ten Pilates Instructors by Class Pass.
“I believe Pilates is the best exercise to build a strong, lean, toned and flexible and healthy body whilst promoting a sense of well-being, positivity and balance. Pilates just makes you feel amazing both inside and out!”.
Expect Catherine’s classes to be challenging, mixing her experience as a fitness teacher with her Pilates knowledge, yet accessible, offering up a variety of modifications to enable everyone to be able to find a level that works for them. Her caring nature blended with her upbeat personality make her classes are a unique mix of being both transformational and fun!
Meet Milly
Milly came to yoga, like many, with a fitness approach in mind, but felt immediately struck by the transformative qualities that the practice had to offer, both on and off the mat. She has completed 550hrs of trainings in different styles, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin, and longs to share her passion for yoga, and the amazing benefits that it can have, both physically and mentally.

Milly’s teaching is creative and uplifting, and her classes will help you heal, cleanse and detoxify the mind and body.
Meet Pippa
Pippa Groves is a certified Nutritional Therapist (DipION, mBANT, CNHC), gut health specialist and wellness chef, who is passionate about supporting people on their health and well-being goals. Her mission is to promote long-term health and longevity by instilling joy into the food we eat and the life we lead.
By combining her nutrition qualification with her personal gut health journey and cheffing experience, Pippa strives to inspire and empower everyone to feel confident in the kitchen and create simple nutritious dishes that boost digestive wellness, fuel recovery and prevent disease. She lives by the idea of ‘positive nutrition’ – whereby adding in as many colourful, wholefood, seasonal ingredients into our diet as we can, we allow the less healthy food choices and habits to naturally fall away. This removes any feeling of restriction which is a very unsustainable and negative approach to eating.
Pippa understands that life can feel overwhelming and make demands on us all at different times, so having access to quick, simple and enjoyable nutrition and lifestyle tips and tricks that we can fall back on in these moments is key to creating and maintaining long-term health.
