Everyday Challenge

The Everyday Pilates Programme is about committing to moving for at least 15 minutes each day over two weeks (although we won't stop you if you want to do more!!). It's all about getting back into a routine and re-discovering your motivation to move!

Even if you don't have any Pilates equipment you'll be able to do this programme. All you'll need to do is:

Switch the small ball for a rolled up towel. Swap discs for a cloth (and make sure you aren't on a carpet so the cloth can slide!). Use two cans or water bottles for weights. The ankle weights are optional!
