Shipping – How it works

Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification via email, letting you know we have received your order.

When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed by email. As a guide, your order will normally be despatched within 24 hours.

Shipping – Charges

For standard delivery (5 business days) – £2.88 + VAT

For express delivery (2 days) – £4.35 + VAT

These costs are in relation to shipping to the UK. Please contact info@livebrave.life to enquire about international shipping.

These charges are non-refundable when an order cancellation occurs after your item has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, Live Brave is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.

Returns

At Live Brave we are passionate about customer service and we aim to please every customer.

If you do need to return any items you can do so at any point within 14 days of receipt of goods as long as they are not used or worn. Shipping fees for returns are not covered by Live Brave.

Live Brave reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
