This 4-week programme is all about getting YOU back in shape and resetting your body, mind, habits, energy and routine after the summer. On the mat, both Catherine and Lou will push you and motivate you with 25 mins of dynamic Pilates. Off the mat, you'll receive weekly nutrition and wellness tools, tips and recipes, centred around different themes, in order to ease you back into the groove and get you back on track.
