This 4-week Pilates challenge will work deep into your core muscles, realigning your posture, toning your body and building strength from the inside out.

The Pure Pilates challenge is all about going back to the fundamentals of Pilates. Integrating breath, control, concentration and precision, every movement will be slow, targeted and repetitive to achieve total transformation of the body and mind.

By the end of this challenge, you will have worked every muscle in your body building an inner strength that’ll empower you to stand taller, exude strength and radiate confidence.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A 4-week Pilates calendar with five Pilates workouts each week curated to strengthen and lengthen every muscle group in your body.

Each week, there’ll be 3 new workouts from our new instructor Megan, with brand new moves and her signature energetic, dynamic flows, to challenge your mind, coordination and strength.

Get ready to be pushed and to feel the burn in all the right places. You may be screaming at Lou and Megan during the sessions but don’t worry, you’ll be thanking them by the end!

Mums-to-be, it’s not prenatal safe, but please check out our prenatal programmes!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Small ball, resistance bands, magic circle, ankle weights (optional) & hand weights (optional). You'll find our Pilates equipment recommendations here.

New to pilates and not sure whether you want to invest in props yet? No problem, you can always do the movements without any props.
