Pilates & Yoga Challenge

This programme includes 10 weight-based Pilates workouts and 10 grounding yoga classes, specifically curated to complement each other and help you achieve a 360 body-mind transformation. Each day, there are two sessions - one yoga and one Pilates - but this doesn’t mean you have to do both every day; how you combine them is totally up to you, your goals and what you, your body and your mind needs each day.
