Our 7-week BRAVE BRIDE programme isn’t just about making sure you’re feeling strong and confident for your big day. It’s about helping you stay grounded mentally, stay balanced emotionally and feel your best physically in the lead up and on your wedding day.

We know you’ve got a lot on your plate (understatement!), so let us take one pressure off you by taking care of your workout routine. Each week, we’ve got you covered with full body workouts and targeted blasts to make sure no muscle or body part goes forgotten. 

No hours at the gym or high-intensity, high-impact workouts that’ll raise your cortisol levels… our Pilates classes are short and effective to leave you feeling connected within your body, relaxed within your mind and with more time (& energy) to focus on the rest of your pre-wedding to-do list.

But really, our hope isn’t only to support you in the lead up to your wedding, but that along the way you fall in love with Pilates and form a habit that’ll stay with you throughout your marriage too.

HOW WILL IT WORK

Each week combines full body and body-part specific workouts with targeted blasts and a calming stretch to build strong, lean muscles, and improve your overall body awareness so you move with more grace and confidence on your special day. Depending on your dress(es) and personal goals, you’ll probably have certain areas that you want to focus on. At the top of the programme, you’ll find additional short sessions that you can use to tailor your workout plan. These blasts classes are ideal (as well as the weekly blasts) to add onto the end of other workouts to specifically target certain areas i.e. your arms. 

The week before your wedding, the last bits of wedmin can be all-consuming. With this in mind, the final week of the programme consists of 10-15 min classes. We hope this helps you maintain your routine and ensure you can still squeeze in some much-needed “me-time” each day.

Finally, there’s a breathwork session for the night before your wedding and a short movement class specifically for the big day itself!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

For the Pilates programme, you’ll need a Pilates mat, small Pilates ball, resistance bands, discs, hand weights, ankle weights, magic circle, swiss ball and a theraband.

You’ll also gain access to the entire platform, unlocking yoga classes, recipes and many, many more Pilates workouts and programmes.

NOT GETTING MARRIED IN 7 WEEKS?

No problem at all... At LIVE BRAVE, we want to instil you with confidence and empower you to feel your best! We don’t believe in making drastic changes ahead of one day, rather we want to support you in forming a habit that nourishes your body and mind, strengthens your mind-body connection and leaves you feeling amazing in your body and mind. 

So if you have longer than 7 weeks that’s fantastic. This gives you time to make Pilates a part of your daily routine. 

If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with our Beginner’s programme, The Essentials. If you’re more experienced, as this BRAVE BRIDE programme includes 53 unique workouts, it can be repeated while stay motivating. Alternatively, we’d recommend following another programme such as Pure Pilates or our monthly challenge before starting your wedding workout plan.
