Glow & Flow is the ultimate post-summer programme designed to restore, rejuvenate and renourish your body, mind and skin.

This 21-day challenge combines Pilates, yoga and nutrition to help you feel your best in your body and mind, and keep you glowing from within this autumn.

WHAT'S INVOLVED
Pilates
To help you find your rhythm and motivation again, every Pilates class is brand new and gradually builds in length over the 3 weeks. By starting with just 15 min workouts, we hope to support you in getting back onto the mat regularly in an achievable, encouraging way. Each week’s schedule builds strength across your entire body, combining new moves and different pieces of equipment to keep you looking forward to being on the mat each day.
Yoga
Work can be very busy in September with everyone back in the office and returning to an overflowing inbox! To help calm your nervous system and clear your mind, every Sunday there’s a relaxing, gentle yoga session to prepare you for the week ahead.
Nutrition
Our nutritional therapist has created an incredible guide on what to eat (and not eat!) to achieve healthy, glowing skin and simple changes to your diet and lifestyle that’ll help you glow from within all year round. This isn’t just about providing recipes; it’s about teaching you how to elevate and tweak your favourite dishes so you can effortlessly incorporate these tips into your everyday cooking.
Skin Experts
We’ve also spoken with some beauty & skin experts to get you the best advice and tips on how to achieve a year-round glowing complexion.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Small ball, resistance bands, magic circle, ankle weights & hand weights. You'll find our Pilates equipment recommendations here.
New to at-home pilates and not sure whether you want to invest in props yet? No problem, you can always do the movements without any props or using items from your home.
HOW TO JOIN
Glow & Flow programme is available to all LIVE BRAVE Pilates members.
Sign up for your monthly, 6-month or annual subscription (each including a 2-week free trial) then head to Glow & Flow under Intermediate programmes. The programme is suitable for intermediate through to advanced.
