Topsy-Turvy Breakfast Smoothie

I like to describe this dish as a ‘delicious, organised chaos’, as you really can't go wrong with the ingredients and how it looks. It’s a similar vibe to an upside-down smoothie bowl but the ratios are more balanced. The base can be granola, muesli or plain oats, followed by yoghurt, any type of nut butter, then a layer of your favourite smoothie. A perfect way to start the day as we transition into warmer days, and it can easily be made to go in a kilner jar.

Topsy-Turvy Breakfast Smoothie Servings: 1 Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

3 tbsp oat base (granola, muesli or plain oats)
2 tbsp unsweetened live yoghurt (greek or coconut)
2 tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew, peanut, mixed)
½ cup smoothie

Method

1. Simply layer the different ingredients in a kilner jar or tall glass.
