This beginner Pilates programme is designed to introduce you to the basics of Pilates. You'll learn foundational Pilates exercises, focussing on correct alignment and breathing, to build your knowledge and set you up for a great Pilates practice. Perfect for those new to Pilates or looking to refresh their foundational skills. Small Pilates ball is the only piece of equipment you'll need (in Week 3).
