Menopause Pilates Programme
Pilates is a great exercise for premenopausal and menopausal women. It’s low-impact, and it helps increase flexibility, balance and bone density as well as improving muscle strength and tone. This programme has been designed by our Pilates instructor Clare, who's certified with the Menopause Movement, to help support women through this period of change so that they feel strong, healthy and confident and move with ease. These classes can be followed day by day or be done and repeated in any order.
Equipment: towel, theraband (or scarf), tennis ball, pillow, chair/barre, hand weights, ankle weights, bands & small Pilates ball.
