Osteoporosis-Safe Pilates
Pilates is beneficial for helping to maintain bone strength, improving muscle strength and balance, as well as helping with pain and posture. All the classes in this programme are entirely osteoporosis-safe or include modifications to make certain exercises osteoporosis-safe. This programme can be followed day by day or the classes and be done and repeated in any order.
Equipment: towel, long resistance band (or scarf), tennis ball, pillow, chair/barre, mini Pilates ball (or rolled up towel).
