Stage 3: Rebuilding your Strength
All these sessions focus on reconnecting and strengthening from the deep core muscles out. They will help with any posture imbalances you may have since having a baby and support you with pelvic health. You may also be experiencing discomfort and niggles in your back and neck from carrying, lifting and feeding the baby so every session incorporates mobility and strengthening postural muscles.
