The Brave Bride Programme

Brides-to-be, we’ve designed this 7-week programme to help you feel your best during the lead up to your wedding as well as on the big day. Each week combines full body workouts, targeted blasts and a calming stretch to build strong, lean muscles and improve your posture. Plus we’ve got you covered with a breathwork session for the night before your wedding and a short movement class specifically for the big day itself!
