Introducing our new summer Pilates challenge - STRONG SUMMER

This challenge brings you 8 weeks of feel-good, high energy Pilates to leave you feeling strong and glowing with confidence for the summer months ahead.

But this isn’t just about just feeling good for summer; this is about falling in love with your workouts, forming a healthy, sustainable habit and creating change to your body and mind that lasts!

Filmed in beautiful Corfu, the classes will transport you to summer, bringing sunshine and summer vibes to your home and making you smile as you sweat! 

Join us on the mat and let’s set the mood for a sizzling summer!

WHAT'S INVOLVED:

This challenge combines low-impact, full body focussed workouts with high-intensity targeted blasts to challenge you, transform you and help you become the strongest version of yourself inside & out.

8 weeks, 5 workouts a week… that’s 40 different workouts to keep you motivated and on track!

Each Pilates class, ranging from 15 to 30 minutes, has been designed to create definition and tone by firing up all your muscles, even those tiny ones you didn't know existed! This is how they'll transform your body. All you need to do is commit to the process and show up consistently.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

You’ll need a mat and Pilates equipment. If you haven’t got any equipment, we recommend buying these.

Why not also find a friend to sign up with you? Accountability partners are the BEST to make sure you stick with it and achieve your goals. Choose someone you can lean on and who’ll give you that push when you need it and you’ll SMASH the challenge together.
