HOLIDAY MODE

It’s summer, which means the sun is out, it’s warm outside and our evenings and weekends are jam-packed. We’re officially in holiday-mode.
While the better weather and the pressure to look “summer ready” is meant to motivate us to work out, the reality is that the chaos of summer makes exercising consistently, and staying healthy, hard! Whether you’re at home or on holiday, it’s all too easy for plans to take over and for your workouts to be skipped.
“I haven’t consistently exercised in weeks. I’ve been at work events, at weddings, at festivals or on holiday. It's relentless! Why is it so hard to stick to a routine in summer?”
This summer, we don’t want your Pilates to get in the way of any plans or spontaneous adventures, but we do want you to feel your best. That’s why we’re bringing you Holiday-Mode Pilates; short, effective Pilates workouts that you can do from anywhere and that still allow you plenty of time for summer debauchery!
Yes, summer might be a hard time to stick to your Pilates routine, but we’re going to do our best to make it as easy and fun as possible for you to keep it up! So wherever you go this summer, take us with you and keep feeling your best!
WHAT'S INVOLVED:
This 5-week Pilates challenge is all about consistency and convenience, which means short classes and limited equipment.
Each week, we’ll be bringing you 5 workouts (including 3 new ones) between 10-20 mins. There’ll be a mix of bodyweight only classes as well as classes with bands or household items to make sure you’re able to do the classes from anywhere!
There are also going to be weekly giveaways from some of our favourite brands to keep you motivated!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
This challenge lets you transform any space into your own Pilates studio. You’ll just need bands, some space to move and your device to press play!
Some workouts will use household items in place of your typical Pilates equipment (think water bottles instead of hand weights or a rolled up towel instead of a ball), but no need to worry about this as Megan will let you know in this class. HOW TO JOIN:
Holiday-Mode Pilates is available to all LIVE BRAVE Pilates members. Sign up for your monthly, 6-month or annual subscription (each including a 2-week free trial) then head to Holiday Mode within our programmes. The programme is suitable for beginners through to advanced.
